simple saturday links 1/16/10
This week’s edition of Simple Saturday Links features three great articles and a list of up-and-coming bloggers that you should be sure to check out. Also, I’m still accepting guest posts to be published sometime in February. I’d like to get two guest posts per month published on thesimplerlife.net, so if you’re interested in getting your voice out to an additional platform, be sure to get in touch with me.
Lastly, please feel free to follow me on twitter, subscribe to the RSS feed to this site, or get updates delivered to your email!
kung fu grippe: appreciating donald murray– The process of watching Merlin Mann write his book has been fascinating. I always find myself nodding along to Merlin’s no-bullshit advice about getting stuff done. This is a great article focusing on what great writers do to become great writers. Definitely worth your time.
artofgreatthings.com: 3 (unexpected) laws of simplicity– Simplicity implies purpose, simplicity also grows, and behind simplicity there is always complexity. Click through to the article for further explanations into all three of these very insightful observations about simplicity.
dumblittleman.com: super easy ways to filter info and declutter your mind– Filtering information and decluttering my mind are two of the hardest things to do in the modern era. Of course, nothing worth achieving is ever easy, right? Check out the article for some good tips on managing the constant flow of information.
And lastly, Charley at yousimplified.net has compiled a list of 15 simplicity/minimalist bloggers to watch in 2010. He saw fit to include me on the list, which is much appreciated. If you haven’t checked out yousimplified.net or any of the other bloggers on this list, I don’t think you will be disappointed.
