That's a really good idea. I usually have a book going at all times so I try to make sure I read that when I'm feeling like I have low-energy. I also really like to knock out administrative tasks that are important but don't require a ton of thought.

Hi Sam !

I came up and am still trying to implement a simple technnique to help me with the boredom/procrastination/inspiration/work break/exams/minimalism/... blending of things - here you go :

- When planning the day in the morning I also plan one specific thing that I'm going to do during my breaks and low motivation/energy times (post-lunch, etc). At the moment it's a book, but it could be a couple articles or a video. The point i, instead of randomness and multiplicity of choices I actually have this one thing I know I like and can go to instantly for a break/ressourcing.

Downside is sometimes the book is so captivating I have a hard time to stop reading - makes a little self-discipline exercise as well.

Best Wishes,
Axel
