		<description>I can see the benefits of this approach but it also raises a question about pursueing what really makes you happy. If you devote yourself to learning how to enjoy what you&#039;re currently doing, how will you ever find the motivation and drive to pursue what truly makes you happy? Sometimes it is our dissatisfaction and unhappiness that spur us on to find a better life, not just accept and enjoy the one we have. Both approaches are worthwhile but I prefer to keep the lines clearly defined between what I like and what I don&#039;t. Otherwise you risk becoming complacent.</description>

		<description>FYI, for those trying to suss out the pronunciation of &quot;Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi&quot;, I&#039;ve read that it&#039;s pronounced: Mee-high Chick-sent-me-high. I think the name is Hungarian, thus the confusing pronunciation. I&#039;m half Hungarian but was not blessed by my ancestors with the language skills.</description>
